• Financial Relief – assistance to individuals diagnosed with health conditions requiring an organ transplant to help cover costs associated with mental and physical health needs.
• Supportive Services and Products –  practical support such as transportation to medical appointments, accompaniment during appointments, complementary items, meals, and temporary accommodations for caregivers or family members.
• Educational and Community Resources – development and sharing of resources, structured meet-ups, and information to support patients, transplant recipients, caregivers, and family members in navigating the transplant journey.
